To access certain features (such as regional leaderboards, challenge arenas, and XP progression), you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.
4. Leaderboard Fair Play & Community Rules
KLYMB thrives on authentic athletic competition. You agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
- Manipulating step counters, GPS coordinates, or workout telemetry logs.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools to artificially inflate XP scores.
- Harassing or abusing other athletes on leaderboard boards or public challenge arenas.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our fair play guidelines without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, logo mark, color system, software code, algorithms, visual interface, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Subscriptions & Purchases
Certain premium features of KLYMB may require a subscription or one-time purchase via Apple App Store in-app purchases. All purchases are managed directly through Apple's App Store payment platform and subject to Apple's standard terms and billing policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KLYMB Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
